New CAVA location
CAVA opened its third Lowcountry location at 124 North Creek Drive in Summerville’s Cane Bay area. The Mediterranean fast-casual chain, founded 2010 in Maryland, now operates 474 U.S. stores. The spot is open daily 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m.
Dog & Duck Nexton is officially open
The fifth Dog & Duck location is now open at 430 Cross Park Lane in Nexton.
Autentico NY Pizza Company officially opens
The NY style pizza place serving pies and slices has officially opened in the Big Lots shopping center at 10150 Dorchester Rd. The Summerville spot is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from noon to 8:00 PM.
The Rustic Muffin has a new menu item
The Summerville coffee shop is now offering the cruffin – a croissant-style muffin filled with pastry cream and raspberry jam, topped with powdered sugar. Manytown recently covered the new owners.
